Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine ensures fine slitting and scoring of paperboard in a Single operation. Automatic/ manual mode grinding of the thin blade ensures no production loss and gives a very good slitting and a sharp flute profile. One of most useful for manual plant corrugators to get sharp corners of boxes and perfect crease on it. Machine available in electrical and non electric model there is a small motor is used on head of thin blade to move the thin blade from one side to either side which is motorised with help of buttons provided on top or in cable tray of machine. In manual thin blade head have to move with the help of key provided with the machine which kills little time of operator. Thin blade is tungsten coated with thickness of 1.2mm. All rolls are hard chrome and grounded mostly standard seamless pipes are used for roll. PU rubber in option can be coated with knurled roll at bottom to catch board to move outside after getting crease and cutting of board.

Creaser heads are provided in front feeding side or some case back of outside this is set by manual way. Electrical AC drive with control panel and pneumatic valves etc are incorporated to run the machine. Pneumatic system is used to grind the blade with the help of grinding head provided at top of thin blade.
