Rotary Reel To Sheet Cutting Machines. (PIV Gear Box)
Rotary Reel / Paper Reel to Sheet Cutting Machine used to cut required length of 2 Ply Paper Reels in to Sheet Form of 18” to 100” length. PIV Gear Box is provided in This Machine. Because of that, the operator can change the Length of Sheet without stopping the machine operation. Hard Chrome and High Carbon Blade is used to ensure Longer Life of Blade.
The Papers of different GSM and BF can be cut by this machine. Separate Reel Stand is provided to Load Paper Reel. AC drive is provided to set the speed as per requirement and to match with the speed of Single Facer Machine up to 200 Feet per Min.
These Machines would be installed before Single Facer Line and used for Faster and Straight Cutting of Sheets or Two Ply Corrugated Boards in required length without any damage to Flutes & Liner Paper.
