Paper Guillotines Machines high speed automatic paper guillotine with automatic clamping system with an electro-magnetic clutch and brake. Spring clamping is automatically controlled by two spring loaded levers and traversing links in connection with the knife carrier to make the full clamping pressure effective at any height before the knife starts at any height before the knife starts cutting. Clamp as well as foot are operated simultaneously to facilitate cutting line checking prior to the cutting process. As overloaded earthling device has been incorporated and this is again a safety device.
