Four Bar Rotary Creaser and Cutting Machine with 4 sets of Cutting Blades & 4 sets of creaser for Making Box Shape in different options of vertical and horizontal. Designed for 2 kinds of operations - Creasing and Border Cutting. Suitable for 3, 5 and 7 Ply Board. For smooth running, the Rollers are mounted on bearings with High temperature Greece lubricant with runs with AC Motor and starter.

Feeding Table is provided with gauges to support Board while feeding. Robust construction of Machine with CI Casting and Bottom C Channel Structure. Hard Chrome Plated Rollers with SS Cutting Blades and CS casted Creaser Heads for Longer Life.

After preparing 3, 5 or 7 Ply Flat Board with Sheet Pressing process, This machine play an important role for forming the Box with the process like Side Cutting, Corners Cutting, Creasing, etc.

The Creaser Head suitable to prepare Creases as per requirement like Height Creasing, Horizontal Creasing and side trimming of the Board. 4 Sets of Slitting Blades and 4 Sets of Creaser dies used for the complete operation.

CI casting Body with Heavy Duty Seamless Pipes are used with Hard Chrome Plated and Grounding to mount Creaser Heads and Slitting Cutters. Heavy duty Feeding Table is provided for feeding of board to the machine with suitable accurate gauges. Size fixing is done manually with the help of tools. Best quality properly tempered steel is incorporated in the machine for Longer Life of the machine.
