Single Colour, Double Colour & Three Colour Flexo Board Printing Machine. This is manual feed machine to print only on the paper and not on the board. It have stereo mounting drum with hard chrome plating to avoid rust. Bottom pressure of Drum also made with hard chrome CS. Analox rolls are provided for fine printing on paper with help of nylon stereo. Machine consist of Formica table on feeding side and next end delivery side with gauges for side support to feed the paper in side intern CAM mechanism is used to catch the paper for move in and out of printer roller. AC drive with motor control panel is used for operating machine and controlling speed of machine. Printed is made to past on 2 ply or 4 ply to make printed board which is further ready for conversation section of process of corrugated box. Water based ink is used for printing .The ink gets dried instantly after printing and printed sheet can be used immediately for further processing. Double color board printer is also available. Suitable gear box is used to make torque absorb while in running. Frames are made from CI Casting to avoid vibration at high speed output of sheet.
