This is the very useful machine for corrugate box maker for online with production for stitching and gluing. In this machine you have option you can stitch or glue online.

With max production output which again less involvement of labor and time. Every parts is being used taiwan and japanese make. All the gears, shaft, stitching and gluing head is precisely hardened and grounded.

Machine Performance

Stitcher

  1. Stitching head simple non-swim type and easy maintenance.
  2. Stitching speed 1500 stitches/min (750 stitches/min x 2).

  5. Stitch pitch > 10mm.
  6. Stitch pattern simple, double, tie and couple simple with glue.

  8. Wire coil standard 30 kg with wire feeder.

  10. Squaring device turning stoppers.

Gluer

  2. Glue control by fluid control valve.
  3. Glue quantity adjustable by air-pressure.
  4. Glue type spurt.
  5. Glue width 2 lines (about 30mm) and 3 lines (about 40mm).
  6. Glue speed Max. 120 meter/min.
  7. Glue tube capacity 7.5 L.

Counter Ejector

  1. Stacking type bottom stacking.
  2. Bundle stack height Max. 300mm.
  3. Jogger squaring for only glue.
  4. Ejector air-cylinder pusher with non-store stack device.
  5. Auto packing optional.
